How assessment works
Psychological assessment draws on multiple sources of information rather than any single test or questionnaire. Depending on your concerns, this may include clinical interviews, standardized measures, review of relevant records, and—with your permission—input from other people or professionals.
We integrate these findings to develop a clinically grounded understanding of your symptoms, strengths, and important patterns in your daily life, and to inform diagnostic conclusions and individualized recommendations where appropriate. All psychological assessments include a written report and feedback session to discuss findings and next steps.
